I can't play my tv sound on my phone(Samsung a30). It always says "your Samsung tv 5 series [43] is already connected to another device" but no device is connected to my tv. I even tried to reset my tv but that didn't work. My tv model is UA43N5470AU...

in the settings of Samsung pay app you can see the "quick access". in there you can disable that bottom card.

generally this will happens after resetting your mobile. if you did reset your then don't worry else contact customer care.

No need to worry. this rumour started after Google playstore blocked installing briefing app. I think briefing app modifying our phones root folder so play store blocked. It's just technical fault. for safety don't update briefing app. that's it.
