Yes. Just got an email back from support saying now I am eligible and followed the same process goto Samsung Shop app with normal samsung account. For You section and entered my IMEI and got the offer to order watch for ₹2999. I just ordered it.
Even I am facing the same issue. It's been 3 days I bought my phone and unable to redeem. Called customer support and raised a complaint. Still no resolution. Let me know if you get any update.
