When i talk to someone using earphone, phone mic keeps working instead of earphone mic but I can listen to the other person in my earphone. I tried different earphones but same problem.
If it's still in replacement period, replace it. Try bluetooth earphone if problem still remains that means 3.5mm port is fine, there's some software issue. Then check for any updates.
