I already checked. Its not there. In studio you can only make movie. Highlight reel used to cut the best parts from you videos and automatically used to produce a video of the desired duration. Studio is a proper video editor.

I have checked in safe mode also same issue is there. Please verify if other galaxy s10 plus phones also facing same issue of front camera blur . i have attached picture also.. look at the towel edges how they look. i have never observed these things...
