When samsung watch 6 will get ui 6.1 update in pakistan?

I m using note 10 plus, My spen is not connected 梁 i trying alot time but no sResponse.

As you can see in that picture their is no call recorder on/ off option.Same here their is no option for call recorder Anyone help me how to solve this matter....梁
