Same broo I also buy samsung m32 last year Oct and after 2 months I faced same problem   after that I turned off the accidentally touch protection and my phone behaves Normally....

I agreed with this ghost touch issue.... it always makes me in trouble but it can be solved after turn off the "accidentally touch protection" it is on Setting... After turn off I didn't see any more ghost touch issues
