Worthless customer support. Not able to resolve customer issues.

Is your problem solved? Does your phone have screen guard?

Why m30s not charging while applying screen guard on mobile screen? Error shows "The connected usb isn't supported". But while screen guard removed from screen, its getting charged again...is this any software bug?

Same thing happening for m30s. Please resolve it ASAP. Otherwise sue you.
