Video frames dropping!

While recording FHD 60Fps video, frames are dropping too much. This happened after the oreo update. Please fix this.

Samsung Galaxy S8 plus display turns black and white when it locks.

Every time i lock it the phone display turns black and white for about a microsecond and then it locks. Just wondering if this is normal and you guys have it too?
