And if that sime works in other Phone, then check with the same sim in both slot 1 and 2 , in your phone. Ideally it should, many users mentioned that it works with jio.

Try at different places. Install netmonster on some other Phone which has CA, and check if multiple bands are available at your place or not

Try checking with jio sim in slot 2, it showed LTE+ for me. So it supports

Same problem with my mobile, airtel supports CA, can see it on other mobile at home, but not this samsung S20 Fe 5g
