SMS backup කරන්න ගියවිට samsung account එකට couldn't backup කියල error message එක පෙන්නනව 75% complete කියල. මේක නිවැරදි කරගන්නෙ කොහොමද?

Samsung A30 ෆෝන් එක ස්විච් ඕෆ් කර 100%ක් බැට්‍රිය චාජ් වූ පසු චාජර ෆෝන් එකෙන් ගලවා ටිකකින් ස්විච් ඕන් කිරීමට ගිය පසු එය ඕන් නොවේ. පසුව නැවත චාජර ෆෝන් එකට සවිකර විදුලිය ලබා දී ඕන් කිරීමට පුළුවන. එසේ වන්නෙ ඇයි.?
