Disappointed by Samsung pre order gift. Despite of having confirmation call on 5th feb havent recieved any gift till date. No response to complains.Its just a selling technique or what ....Anyone else facing same issue any leads ?
Overall Samsung is doing a great jobFor pre orders keeping customers blind with no info after taking full payments is not acceptable for a multinational company
