Since i updated my Ultr 23S to UI 7 .. i faced whatsapp issu .. when i click on chat bar than click on sticker icon, the whole conversation and the conversation bar to the top of the chat screen.. i already informed whatsapp support .. but no solutio...
i found out the cause of the problem.. it on developer option, Animator duration scale must be 5 or more .. if you put 0 this issue appear..but before the update UI 7 , in my mobile it was always 0 .
