just look how many times I have to charge my device to get through a full day

hello , I am new to Samsung mobile (always used to Apple fanboy) this is my first note device .., I am experiencing a huge battery drain issue and the service guy is saying my device is absolutely fine ., does anyone else experiencing the same !?
