I am unable to download/update apps from play Store after one UI 4 update on galaxy A72. Is anyone else facing the same issue? And do you know possible solution to this?

I'm facing problem on my galaxy A71. While calling I can't hear other person voice nor other person can hear mine. On restarting phone problem goes away for some time. Can anyone know about any possible solutions?
