Notification disappeared from notification panel while notification icon is visible on task bar. Same  problem occurs in iphone previously.

I don't know you guys are suffering from this or not after updated mobile to latest Android 13 twitter crashed so many times (5-6 times in a day). It is ridiculous. Please fix this.
