So you mean to say that Samsung doesn't care if the Customers get a faulty phone ? It's purely the luck of the Customer if he gets a Perfect phone or a faulty one that needs a repair. Poor Policies.
Samsung must replace the phone with a new one. I don't know what is the Customer fault ? Why do Customer have to use a Faulty, repaired phone after making a full payment of a new phone. I cannot accept it.
