Hi,

Dear everyone please do not purachse S20 phones as they are faulty having Wifi issues and Samsung does not replace it with a new phone. They will only repair your brand new phone.
This is my personal experience after purchasing brand new S20+ 5G and making a full payment.

What is the Customer fault if the new phone is faulty since the day 1 of the purcahse ?

Already visited Service Center. You can track as well 4235400036.
My phone is repaired and as per the Customer Care they have replaced the PCB/Motherboard.

Samsung must replace the phone with a new one. I don't know what is the Customer fault ? Why do Customer have to use a Faulty, repaired phone after making a full payment of a new phone. I cannot accept it.

replacement only if the device has a manufacturing defect 

if the device has any problem it will appear when the technician check the device and before the

customer receive his device from the service center , the technician test and check the device again    

so if you still face the same problem kindly go to the service center in order to check your device

So you mean to say that Samsung doesn't care if the Customers get a faulty phone ? It's purely the luck of the Customer if he gets a Perfect phone or a faulty one that needs a repair. Poor Policies.
