M21 and m31 received one ui 2.1 but what about m30s will get or not

I'm using m30s new app update  not available  gallery and Samsung  notes . Why not available any link to download  new version 

My father have j7 pro he got today new gallery  app update  and Samsung  notes update.  But why not  m series  new versions apps not available  in galaxy  store . A and j series  are get new apps update  not m series
