In my new samsun J4, the My Galaxy app is not working. What can I do for it ??? I sent an attachment. Please be kind to help me.

Recently I got an option in my Samsung J4 Phone, PhoneAuto unlock in my home. Bt if I leave my wifi range it will be locked auto again.I just wanna know where or how to find the option again withour reseting the phone ????
