TrishHave sent over 6 emails to customer service and 3 to courier company. They say fault is on Samsung side, and Samsung customer service blames courier for not loading onto their system.... total incompetency
TrishStill waiting from 3rd March. Got the email with the redemption code. 4 weeks later... nothing. Phoning is total waste of airtime. Dont ans . Emailing doesnt help. Eventually emailed tellus at customer service. And the courier service they use.....
