I am getting 3 hours of SOT consistently. Remote support can't fix it. Please do something about this Samsung. I put my hard earned money on thisI have not even used the mobile for one hour.
I used S20 with everything on, even NFC 24/7, never restricted it's performance, still got me so much battery SOT compared to this even after 3 years of usage. I might ask for refund than compromising on features.
