since i am also experiencing the same bugs of your post, that's probably true. Still, I think Samsung should optimize One UI so even 4 GB devices provide a smoother experience, especially since they're officially supported.
Number 2 is factsss!! and i also have the dark mode bug sometimes. Has anyone with an 8 GB or 12 GB Galaxy experienced the same issues, or are most of these issues limited to devices with 4 GB RAM? It would be interesting to compare.
