Maybe get one with 8GB of RAM instead of 6GB. One UI 8.5 already barely functions with 6GB

Oh, that's a definite no. Especially considering that the actual major update will be One UI 9.5, and if what happened with 2022 devices is anything to go by in terms of One UI 8.5, 2023 devices may not get 9.5
