Privacy display is not a gimmik its a great tech cool unique feature but its not like you can you everyday it reduces brightness contrast and colours all over display looks horrible, I've set it to banking apps only.
If battery is the only reason than you can else there is no reason of upgrading, if you want ultra phone go for S25ultra you will get for much cheaper rate after trade in.
