I have tried to use quick share after the update to airdrop to my Macbook Air M5 but it didn't work I tried to do it the other way from Mac to my Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra but neither was detecting the other then I restarted the phone and tried again ...
Don't need any application just turn on airdrop and put the mode on everyone. And if you want to receive photos from apple to Samsung then put quick share to everyone.
