Based on your concern regarding green issue, Please follow the below steps:
Steps to enter into Safe Mode:
Method 1:
1. Power off the device.
2. Press and hold the Power key for one or two seconds to turn on the device.
3. When the Samsung logo appears, press and hold the Volume Down key.
Method 2:
1. Press and hold the Power key, when the Power off icon appears.
2. Press and hold the power off icon.
Note: If your device functions correctly in Safe Mode, it is most likely that the issue lies with a 3rd party application that can be uninstalled to resolve the problem.
Exit safe mode:
1. Press the volume down and power key simultaneously for 5 seconds to restart the device.
2. Press the power key on the right-hand side and tap on the restart icon on the screen.
3. Swipe down the notification panel to access it. Select the notification safe mode enabled and tap on and off to restart the device.
Please update the software:
Settings > Software update > Download and install > Checking for software update > Software update available > Download > Downloading updates > Install now
Reset the device
How to reset:
Settings > General Management > Reset
1. Reset settings: Reset all settings to their default 2. Reset network settings: Reset Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and other network settings to their default. 3. Factory data reset: Reset your device to its factory default settings. This will erase all data, including files and downloaded apps.
