What the **bleep** is this, i tried everything to get rid out of it, but it continuously said again. Help me.

Koi bata sakta ha log file email ky zareyae kesy send krni ha.

Did anyone  can tell me please  what can i do? My phone get automatically  turn on and off, next day i will restored  my phone but still same  situation, tell me how i send a log file to SAMSUNG, i have log file but how i send that? THANKS
