Software update UI 4.0 is not updated in my handset

I have samsung galaxy Z FOLD 3 phone,Last software update is UI 3.1.1And now i still did not get any new update for android 12 so i want to know when will it comes or any procedure for that.

If you have PC download smart switch on PC connect mobile and check for updates, o did it and it works fine.

I used smart switch option and it shows the update but i still confuse that is it safe to update by this option? And thanks for your help.

Itshows z fold 3 get update in december but in some device it will not update yet, this is the answer from samsung authority.
