It's an app I downloaded in the play store

Same bro mine is not downloading

If that's the case I hope samsung finally fixes their server and launch their updates to all samsung phones on the same day without delay. Since I've come so far I think I can wait a little bit longer till the update works again ☹️

Mine is also not installing 
