this is exactly what i did i googled it and found it to be something for rooting or unrooting actually I have a little experience in such field i wonder if it may be related to a VPN app i have on my device !!

Nooooactually i was asleep and my alarm was ringing wifi was on

it suddenly appeared on my phone screen saying either to download it press the up volume bottom or restart device by pressing the down vol bottom
