it will dry on its own after ~1hr, just wait, anr after your phone gets exposed to water its normal for the speakers to not work properly, just incase you didnt know

just goto hone screen and hold your finger on the screen for about 3 secs it should show up

been using my samsung for about 3 month now, not even 1 scartch and im not using a protective case...i think there might be an issue with how you use your device instead of the " build quality" of the phone...
