I have been using s9 plus for past 6 month..only two times i got update...and now i have stopped receiving any updates for past two months...i have communicate with samsung team many times...no responible for them...Even dey have said no issue in uae...
coz the samsung does not care for uae/gulf region...only new phone launchs dey concenrate in uae/gulf region...all bigger region are given more importance den smaller region...den dont care...everyone should avoid samsung...coz of bios in their appro...
JG it is now confirmed that samsung uae team is complete useless....we need to take this issue to next level!!!this is der time...wen the time for launching s10 or new flagship from samsung in uae...i wl show dey what is ***customer***
jg u r right...i had already contacted samsung gulf(useless fellow) many times...they dont care anything...this shows dat samsung does not care abt gulf region...only need to sell their new mobile wen launched in market...once u buy..forget the rest....
