When I connect a fast charger to my Samsung A32 adapter heast up very fast. But when i use normal charger this doesn't happen. What could be the possible problem and solution of it. Device is fast charger supported..

I have Samsung A32 which got heats up while having whatsap video call for just 1 to 2min. After that video gets cancelled on its own. What could be the reason or any solution for that?
