In my j7 prime 16gb, its showing only 6gb available , i dont have any images or videos in internal storage .why its showing very less storage.

from 2-3 days my j7 prime battery is draining very fast when the phone is idle. when i kept idle 60% is there after 3 hours its down to only 17% .please solve this problem.....
