Out look keeps on closing. Tried un installing and re installing didn't work

My buds plus is catching a lot noise when I was talking in phone. They are able to listen lot of background noise and my voice to them is very very low. I even turned off the aimbent sound and reset the buds through wearable app.Any suggestions here

Beta update version 6 is released

Anyone else like me not able to install the beta update v4. I'm able to to download but unable to install it. Please help with any fix

After 2nd beta call back ground is not working instead I'm getting some random colors whenever I get a call.Anyone else face this issue and is there any fix.
