Is one the on max and other a j7 max ?

My J7 max has suddenly stopped working from yesterday , it is saying fingerprint sensor is not responding .I have done factory reset yet no success.what to do ??P.S.:- my phone is in warranty !

We all know how important is our front camera in today's world, but owing a good camera phone is a must. All I want is atleast there should be Electronic Image Stabilisation in the front camera of our J-Series phones.My Phone :- J7 Max
