Hi,I am trying to exchange my Galaxy Watch 4 Classic watch towards pre-booking of Galaxy Watch 7 in Samsung Shop app. However it is not recognising my old Watch serial number. Upon entering the same, nothing happens. Please help!Thanks
Yes, they are fooling customers. Instead of saying watch exchange is not available, they are saying not available at this pin code. The reality is that exchange is not available anywhere! Such a fraud company
