Bcz it s 3rd cls company who can't even provide an update in 4 months. My realme 5 pro used to get every month for 2yrs constantly. Now i am cursing y have i shifted to this!?
They are simply uneducated engineers. I have consulted with many officials F62 has that support but they are not willing to give CA so thy r making lame excuse.
