Any other messenger installed or antivirus program. Check it if then uninstall it and try if even then not then go into settings go back to defaults. Hope this solves the issue.
No sound with third party recording software. Samsung has restricted the access to its recording feature. Going to severely effect the sales...hope they realise it.
