Galaxy NoteMy galaxy Note 9 has started giving a green screen out of no where since this morning. Its very surprising how the screen turned green with horizontal lines while I was using the phone. So no drop, nothing bump the phone was in my hand and was showing the normal screen and suddenly the the screen turned green. I have tried restarting the phone and the after a few restarts the screen becomes normal but after some time again becomes green.
I have tried looking for the solution on many other forums and youtube and came across that a lot of these cases are reported by many users all across. I doubt its an hardware issue as the display keeps correcting itself but its not usable since the screen has a lag and hardly anything can be seen due to the green tint. Anybody has faced this issue here and aware about any solutions for this seriously disappointing widespread issue in the flagship model within 1.5 yrs of purchase and that too without any external physical damage to the phone.

Galaxy NoteSamsung's proposal on page 1 made the problem worse. Turning off adaptive brightness and turning brightness to zero at least made the phone usable. When I put it on safe mode and then out again, the screen became purple and is now completely unusable...
Thanks Samsung. Like others on this thread, I've been a longtime fan of Samsung but with Pixels and Chinese models getting better, I'm afraid the Note 9 will be my last Samsung.
It's ridiculous that this is a known problem since March and you have done nothing about it.

Galaxy NoteI have good news for all NOTE 9 users. This update or Samsung made a screen which can just last 1Yr + so that warranty is out or they send update to kill the screen. Just back from Samsung service center they say This Green screen Issue when brightness is more than 20% is because of LCD screen is faulty so need to Replace, so they given me 250USD + a screen which is new but its actually refurbished.
I really hope any user can do a lawsuit on Samsung for this BIG issue which thousand of customers are facing.
I am using Samsung NOTE from NOTE 1 to 3 to 5 to 9. (almost 10year old customer) But this will be my last Samsung Phone. Really High respect for Hawaii in teams of Quality and Standards.

Galaxy NoteI am having the same issue after an update! I have been using Note 3 till Note 9, and this may also be my last Note if this is not fixed. Haven't dropped my phone nor done anything stupid to the phone except an update that messed up the display. It is appalling that Samsung is ignoring this and keep asking customer to do a hard reset and visit the Samsung store to fix!
Least to say - Disappointing.

Galaxy NoteThis happened to my Note 9 about 2 months ago. After about a week, it started working well. 3 days ago it started again and was worse. The phone had never fallen. I visited the Samsung Service centre yesterday and it was diagnosed as a screen issue and it was replaced for free since my phone is still under warranty. It is working perfectly well now.
