i sent it on the 26th of August then they said 24-72hours till today nothing, when i phone they are escalating when i mail i dont even get a reply so no use. mail phoned send proof of purchase tracking number imei number everything numerous times

i called then it gets escalated then i email nothing

you can phone email post no response and if you get one we are escalating

but you wont get the vouchers as i have been waiting since 26th August and there are also lot of other clients with same complaint. false advertising
