Samsung has ripped me and so many only people off with this whole a31 galaxy buds promo and they don't even care, no replys, awful service, unhelpful or unclear information. Its really disgusting
But guys wait, those of us who didn't buy the phone directly from Samsung but from Mobile Networks like Telkom, MTN, etc were just told the phone comes with free buds and that was their advert! Now we can't be told stories about "first 4000" that was not there in the add. This indeed needs to be escalated and I will be one of those doing that. They can't advertise something that is not there!!!
