Have a look at Hellopeter, numerius serious complaints about Samsung not delivering Buds+. I myself bought an S20+, ordered the Buds+ via this app, GOT CONFIRMATION OF ALLOCATION with promise of delivery after lockdown, then Samsung started excuses....
What do I have to do to get the Buds+ for the Galaxy S20+ I bought on 19 March? Claim submitted, confirmation email received , queried with Samsung, no luck!! Anyone with advice please?
