What do I have to do to get the Buds+ for the Galaxy S20+ I bought on 19 March?  Claim submitted, confirmation email received , queried with Samsung, no luck!!  Anyone with advice please?

you should be receiving them soon as they started delivering them as of level 3

Hold on they will come. I submitted mine also in mid March however I just got few days back.
Its taking time due to the lockdown.
