Samsung m31 Bootloop and restarting

I'm done with samsung now.The phone rebooted for almost 4 hours. My battery goes down from 73 to 36 . And at last I formated my phone but again it stuck and rebooted.i hate samsung for this feature. Anyone can help me pls?

Samsung M31 again started freezing and stuck on bootloop.

See my recent post.Today I visited service center as said by one friend that they are replacing motherboard free of cost but they are not doing. I want everyone to email your problem to ceo samsung india then only they will listen.
