Before i used teh email to CEO, I went to local service guy he told its a processor issue, CPU should be replaced which costs about 2K. Then I used email to CEO after multiple escalations I got it replaced for free... not even 1rs paid..
Bro.. its not a software issue, not sure Why Service centres wll stick to only one plan of replacing motherboard. None of the executives I have spoken to either from Support centre or from service center are worthy
