M21 problem

Phone is getting hanged and restarting again and again. Identify to service center they are telling the cost would be 7000rs.

Better buy a new phone had the same issue with m21 a couple of days back . It's a motherboard issue .

It's a motherboard failure that is common in Exynos 9611-based phones. Get the phone to a service center. They will ask you to pay 8k. Ask them to give a job sheet. Then mail it to the Samsung CEO mail address along with a full explanation of your issue. You will get it repaired at 2.5k or less, depending on your service center and the way you present your issue.

I went to a local repairing shop he told me it's a software issue and he said he will do it under 500 rs.

Before i used teh email to CEO, I went to local service guy he told its a processor issue, CPU should be replaced which costs about 2K. Then I used email to CEO after multiple escalations I got it replaced for free... not even 1rs paid..
