Galaxy MJust wondering that many guys have had this problem with Samsung M series. All of sudden the phone starts showing intermittent restrarting. Or the phone gets stuck in boot loop.
First time it was replaced under warranty.. post that I have extended warranty, which is again just a gimmick to earn more money.
The issue reoccured where no warranty coverage and now they need me to spend nearly 7K. I had raised a complaint on this and spoke to customer executives and their supervisors which is absolute waste of time and no use. In my case there is no water damage or physical damamge and I have been using the Samsung provided charger only.. and when I questioned why this issue repeats they are just beating around bush.
When I tried to connect to the the customer agent and to supervisors they are not even willing to talk or give a proper response.
Absolute waste of time and money I wont recommend any Samsung products to anyone and will try to demotivate anyone who wants to buy Samsung products. I myself have cancelled my plans buying a new Samsung TV for my new home.

Galaxy MBro.. its not a software issue, not sure Why Service centres wll stick to only one plan of replacing motherboard. None of the executives I have spoken to either from Support centre or from service center are worthy

Galaxy MStep 1 when your device turns off and turn on before turning on press volume down and power button
Step 2 when it displays samsung logo leave power button but don't leave volume down button!
Step 3 you will reach the recovery menu try to reboot [ volume up- scroll up , volume down - scroll down , power button- select] if not works try erase data 😄
You will get back your phone on and please turn off bootloader after unlocking the device
