After updating, charging speed is very slow.I tried factory reset without having any extra app installed and turning off everything, still same. Tried safe mode too but not helping either.Took it to service center and they said it is due to Nougat up...
Hi!I noticed that J7 Prime have got selfie focus and Mask feature for their front camera but why you did not provided that for Galaxy J7 (2016) in Nougat update?Why doing partiality in giving software-level features?#PartialSamsung
They support devices for 2 years from the date of its release. After that, they are not required to provide any security patches but they still provide them but it will be like every 4 or 6 months.
J7 2016 have Exynos 7870 and On8 have Exynos 7580 (old chipset). So, only model no. is same not internal hardware.And as there were many Exynos 7870 devices, it was easy for them to work on J7 2016 and Prime.
And considering the time it took them to release the update after starting to work on the new OS, you HAVE TO wait at least 3 to 4 months and then you will get the update.And since they have not started working on it yet, stop wasting time on checkin...
