It is been 1 year and 4 months since I bought this mobile. I was keeping charging cycles between 20 to 85 percent all the time, never overcharging, and very soon the battery life was bad, so what is the point of the charging limit option?

In my second WhatsApp from dual messenger, when I try to connect WhatsApp and Facebook, the chrome browser crashes, and I even tried using Samsung internet, but it does not respond. 

When I go outdoors, the brightness on my mobile decreases to the point where I can barely see anything, which is really frustrating.

Hi Samsung, please give an internet speed indicator for all Samsung devices by default, which is a very basic feature for mobile phones to calculate current internet speed while using such as streaming and downloading. We don't want third-party apps....
